This presentation was one of the highlights of New Comm. The Sony PlayStation definitely showed that smart people can recover from an early mistake and go on to do things right. I gained a lot of respect for Sony just on the open and straightforward way that Jeff and his colleague responded to questions.

I think this presentation should be shared as broadly as possible. If you&#039;re ever heading into Canada with the team, how about doing a Third Tuesday session?]]></description>
