I was just fretting over my rather large and growing “Urgent and Important” to do list this morning and I started thinking “If I could magically hire a team member today what skills would they need to have?”. Well, this is the list. My last post on tweetpr.com also starts to talk about the urgent need for people who get and know how to work in the social media world.
