I would add that companies will be more successful determing when and how to respond to bloggers if they first take some time to fully learn and understand the role that social media communications play in our current society. Attempting to control the blogosphere simply will not work, and business should keep in mind that even negative attention can have a positive impact on its products and/or brand if handled correctly.]]></description>
